A talented dog-trainer and natural leader with a deep love for his community members and their pets, Tim will discuss the drivers of dog breeding in economically disenfranchised urban communities and the best ways to engage communities in solutions to unchecked dog breeding. Given his own proximity to the issue and the trusting relationships he has built with his community, Tim is uniquely positioned to advise the animal welfare sector on the problem of dog breeding in urban areas.
